The short version
BillRadar, from Buknal Enterprise LLC, helps you keep track of bills you enter and reminds you when they're due. It doesn't pay bills, connect to your bank, or know whether a payment actually went through, and a reminder can fail to appear. You're still responsible for paying your bills on time. Premium is a one-time purchase billed by Apple, with no subscription.
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Buknal Enterprise LLC ("we," "us") covering the BillRadar: Tracker & Reminder app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you accept these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). If you don't agree, don't use the App.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and forms part of these terms. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use the App.
Your license to use BillRadar
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple EULA and the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract its source code;
- Sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App, or bypass the purchase required to unlock Premium features;
- Remove proprietary notices, or use our name, logo, or app icon without permission.
We retain all rights in the App, including its design, content, and trademarks.
A reminder tool, not a payment service
The App records the bills, amounts, and due dates you enter, and reminds you about them. It is only as accurate as that information. It does not:
- Pay, schedule, or cancel any bill, or move any money;
- Connect to your bank, card issuer, or billers, or check what you actually owe;
- Confirm that a payment was made. "Mark Paid" and "Skip" only update the App's own records, whether you use them in the App, on the Lock Screen, or in the Dynamic Island.
Reminders rely on iOS notifications and Live Activities, which may not appear if notifications or Live Activities are turned off, a Focus mode or Low Power Mode is on, the device is off or out of battery, the date or time zone is changed, iOS delays or limits them, or your data hasn't finished syncing. Don't rely on the App as your only way of knowing when a bill is due. Check due dates and amounts against your actual statements, and keep autopay or other arrangements with your billers where it matters.
Not financial advice
Totals, trends, and reports in the App are simple calculations from the information you entered. They are not financial, tax, legal, or budgeting advice, and they may not match your actual accounts. Talk to a qualified professional about decisions that matter to you.
Your data
Your bills and payment history are stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your private iCloud storage. We don't have a copy and can't recover it for you. Device loss, deleting the App, turning off iCloud, iCloud problems, or sync conflicts can cause data to be lost or out of date. Use CSV export if you want your own backup.
Acceptable use
Use the App lawfully. Don't use it to interfere with the App's security or its purchase system.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that reminders will be delivered on time or at all, or that data will sync or be preserved.
Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buknal Enterprise LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the App. This includes damage or loss relating to:
- Missed, late, duplicate, or incorrect bill payments;
- Late fees, interest, penalties, service interruptions, or effects on your credit;
- Reminders or Live Activities that didn't appear, appeared late, or showed out-of-date information;
- Incorrect information entered into the App, or calculations based on it;
- Loss of data from device failure, deletion, or iCloud sync problems.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 USD. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Apple's role
This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim that the App or your use of it infringes intellectual property rights, and for product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal requirements, and claims under consumer protection or similar laws, to the extent the law allows. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including the disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, survive it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this doesn't deprive you of the protections of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the App changes. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page, with a revised "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new terms.
